1.The control board and motor are covered by a 180-day warranty against malfunctions caused by non-human factors.
2.All other non-consumable parts of the machine carry a 365-day warranty, starting from the date of receipt.
3. We guarantee the overall working accuracy of the machine, but not the precision of every individual component. All our machines are pre-adjusted and calibrated for high-precision operation upon delivery. Therefore, to verify accuracy, please do not disassemble the machine. Instead, perform an actual cutting test and evaluate the result. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any accuracy issues arising from unauthorized disassembly.
